Electrolytic galvanizing plant equipped with barrels to process bolts, nuts or odds and ends (at least 30 Kilos of loading).

Three automatic plants programmed by the loading-tension curves in order to deposit the zinc thickness as required by the clientele for all kind of items.

The plants are managed by a self control software to get the barrels history and thus the products history, to maintain the plant and to check the processing conditions.

They are also equipped with measurement instruments to determine the thickness amount on all working shifts.

Hence the mentioned instruments are regularly calibrated by the quality control service.
